Late last year, Amazon launched AmazonSmile, a new program that it describes as “a simple and automatic way for you to support your favorite charitable organization every time you shop, at no cost to you.” Amazon donates 0.5% from the total price of eligible purchases through AmazonSmile to designated charitable organizations, including PCH. The remarkable thing about AmazonSmile is that it doesn’t raise prices or cost Amazon’s customers a thing. Instead, donations through the program come out of Amazon’s profits on each sale.
If you’re an Amazon customer, then please consider utilizing AmazonSmile and selecting the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation as your charity of choice. All donations from AmazonSmile will benefit the Hospital’s Hope Fund, thereby allowing PCH to meet new challenges and take advantage of opportunities as they arise.
To get started with AmazonSmile, just visit smile.amazon.com and designate the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation as your charitable designee. Then, start your future visits to Amazon.com through this location (smile.amazon.com), and Amazon will make a donation to PCH whenever you make a qualifying purchase.
