Determined to Dance: Perla’s Story

In 2020, Perla was diagnosed with a neurological condition that caused her to lose all motor function, including the use of her arms and legs. Determined to dance at her upcoming quinceañera, Perla turned to Phoenix Children’s Rehabilitation Services to help her regain what she had lost.
