2026 Advisor Summit Overview

In today’s evolving advisory and philanthropic landscapes, technical expertise alone is no longer enough. Phoenix Children’s is pleased to invite you to our 2026 Summit “Inside the Donor Mind- What Advisors and Nonprofits Need to Know About How Behavioral Insights Shape Values, Intergenerational Wealth Management, and the Future of Philanthropy”.

Today’s donors are seeking more than tax efficiency or wealth preservation—they want meaning, alignment, and impact. The 2026 Advisor Summit provides practical, research‑informed tools to help advisors and nonprofits respond to this shift with confidence and intention.

Designed for advisors, gift planners, and nonprofit professionals, this summit examines how emerging insights from behavioral science and behavioral finance can strengthen family legacy planning, enrich organizational decision‑making, and elevate personalized donor engagement.

As families navigate complex financial choices, shifting values, and intergenerational transitions, attendees will gain a practical framework for inspiring generosity through empathy, clarity, and shared purpose. Rather than relying on traditional pressure‑based or purely technical approaches, this summit emphasizes strategies that help donors connect their values to meaningful philanthropic action.

At the summit, you will:

  • Understand the psychological drivers behind charitable decision‑making
  • Engage families across generations in values‑centered legacy conversations and support clients in aligning financial choices with long‑term goals and shared purpose
  • Build a toolkit of integrated behavioral science tactics into estate planning conversations to foster trust, transparency, and shared purpose
  • Master a framework for facilitating difficult conversations around wealth, values, and expectations using neuroscience-backed strategies.
  • Engage in interactive sessions that provide practical tools and case studies to immediately implement advanced tax and planning strategies.
  • Learn how to leverage philanthropic opportunities within the changing tax landscape to maximize donor benefits and charitable impact.
  • Network with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to Phoenix Children’s and our community.
  • Hear from Phoenix Children’s leadership to understand how philanthropy sustains the hospital’s mission and experience its impact through an interactive mission moment.
