Ways to Earn Income Through Giving

Create a Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) >

Looking for a way to diversify out of the fluctuating stock and real estate markets? A charitable gift annuity is a gift made to Phoenix Children's that can provide you with a secure source of fixed payments for life.

Retirement Asset Solutions >

Secure 2.0 allowed for the IRA charitable rollover or qualified charitable distribution (QCD) limit of $100,000 for 2023 will be indexed for inflation starting in 2024. Individuals age 70 1/2 or older are permitted to make distributions from their IRA directly to charity and avoid recognition of income. The act expands the QCD by allowing a one-time transfer of up to $50,000 to a charitable remainder annuity trust, standard charitable remainder unitrust or immediate charitable gift annuity.

Charitable Remainder Unitrust >

You may be concerned about the high cost of capital gains tax with the sale of an appreciated asset. Perhaps you recently sold property and are looking for a way to save on taxes this year and plan for retirement. A charitable remainder unitrust might offer the solutions you need.

Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust >

You transfer your cash or appreciated property to fund a charitable remainder annuity trust. The trust sells your property tax free and provides you with fixed income for life or a term of years.
