On September 14, we're taking our mats to the next level during the At One Yoga Festival, held at Mullett Arena in Tempe, home to ASU Sun Devil hockey, Arizona Coyotes and national touring acts. Imagine performing your sun salutations where fitness meets fun, philanthropy meets flexibility, and where everyone enjoys a slice of Zen in the zone!

Yoga enthusiasts will bend, twist and strike warrior poses to send positive vibes and support the brave kids battling cancer at Phoenix Children's. But there's more than just your usual down dog.

2024 At One Yoga Festival Schedule 


9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Check-In + Registration | Mood music provided by Louis IV

Pre-registered guests can check-in to receive their event giveaway item, while same-day registration is also available. Louis IV, known for his uplifting Disco and House Music, combines his passion for wellness and yoga with DJing at wellness events and festivals, including opening for national headliners like Dirtwire and Random Rab.

10:00 a.m. – Master of Ceremonies – David Romanelli

David Romanelli is a co-founder of At One Yoga. He fuses inspirational stories with guided meditation to create a flowing style of inspiration. David’s daughter, Cooper, overcame leukemia at Phoenix Childrens, and her story, along with all the children who are battling cancer, inspired the creation of the At One Yoga Festival.

10:10 – 10:30 a.m. – Ian Lopatin Opening Meditation

Ian Lopatin is the original co-founder of At One Yoga. He has studied yoga and meditation for over 30 years across the globe. Ian will be sharing meditation and breathing practices designed to move your consciousness into an experience of enlightenment and a beautiful state of non-suffering. 

10:30 – 11:15 a.m. – Courtney Fox + John Salisbury

Courtney introduces yoga in a playful way, encouraging students to create a vibrant lifestyle, both on and off the mat, through her all-levels vinyasa flow classes. John's classes blend powerful breathwork with cues from Iyengar yoga, all set to uplifting music from his DJ days, bringing a true sense of union to the practice.

11:15 – 11:45 a.m. – Break

11:45 – 12:30 p.m. – Bentley Fazi + KJoy 

Bentley’s teachings blend patience, acceptance and challenge, creating a space for self-discovery and growth on the mat. KJoy’s classes are energetic and motivating, offering a challenging, all-levels experience with upbeat music that inspires yogis to push their limits and smile along the way.

12:30 – 12:45 p.m. – Break

12:45 – 1:15 p.m. - Class #3 – Tim van der Vliet’s Breathing for Success

Tim Van Der Vliet combines his financial expertise with breathwork and cold exposure practices to enhance energy, focus and resilience. As the founder of TT Breathwork, he offers transformative techniques for individuals and corporate teams to excel in today’s fast-paced world.

1:15 – 1:45 p.m. – Hamid Jabbar + Shawnee Williams’ Sound Healing

Hamid Jabbar, a guide in sound meditation and holistic wellness, has trained hundreds in vibrational healing through transformative sound meditations with gongs and crystal bowls. Shawnee’s classes blend creativity and playfulness, offering dynamic sequences in vinyasa, power yoga, and more—all aimed at deepening your connection to resilience, gratitude and joy with groovy music vibes.
