Beach Ball

Beach Ball limboLemonade has been made! We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to your generous gifts and support, together we turned life’s lemons into lemonade in a big way at the 22nd Annual Beach Ball. The Lemonade Soiree-themed event, chaired by Amy Joffe, Susan Rehorn and Gerri Richards, raised $1.2 million to benefit the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. For more information, visit our blog, view photos from the event, download the event program (PDF), or watch the brief video below.

Beach Ball has been a vital source of funding for Phoenix Children’s Hospital over the past two decades. Our guests and sponsors have raised more than $13.5 million to help our patients and families – all while having a ball.

But it is more than a fundraiser. It is the Valley’s most unique gala – a one of a kind experience where guests trade their tuxedos and ball gowns for beach wear and haute couture.

There have been famous attendees and renowned entertainment, some hearty laughs and many heartfelt tears. Each Beach Ball has been vastly different, but the one thing they all have in common is that they have made Phoenix Children’s Hospital a better place for the children of the Valley.
