Make a difference in the lives of Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) patients by purchasing a specialty CHD Awareness license plate. This initiative was driven by RaeRae of Light®, an organization founded in memory of angel baby, Reagan, who lost her life to CHD at only 6 ½ months. Money collected from the sale of this plate will be directed to Phoenix Children’s Heart Center to fuel critical research.
